Honeywell TS33C Temperature and Humidity Sensor with LCD Reviews
This little gem does exactly what it's supposed to do, reliably and without any fuss or bother. I have one in the basement to monitor temp and humidity and another outside. The outdoor unit has endured all sorts of nasty New England weather and it's still going strong after two winters, blizzards, wind, sub-zero blasts and enough rain to make me consider taking up ark building. If you have the requisite receiver to display the remote temp and humidity, this is the ideal sensor to go with it.

Good, but get the Honeywell TM005X instead as it comes with the same sensor ! - rpvaldez -
For the same price you can get the Honeywell TM005X base station that comes with that same sensor and you can monitor the same external sensors with all the base stations! Works with the two I have so far, about to add a third "combo" !
Not that impressed - P. Jackson - Lakeway, TX USA
This set of comments refers to both the sensor, shown here, and the associated base station.br /br /I have two of these sensors plus the requisite base station. I am not sure whether it is the base station or the sensor, but contact is often lost between base station and the sensor and I forced to manually force a reconnect, which usually works. The display on the sensor is difficult to read. br /br /I had a Radio Shack base station and remote sensor which worked fine for about 10 years. This does not work well after a few weeks. Not impressed. Note that the base station does not show indoor and outdoor temperatures simultaneously but shows temperature and humidity for which ever sensor is selected (external or the internal sensor). This may or may not be what you require, but I prefer to have a base station that shows the temperature indoors with humidity and outdoors with temperature and humidity at the same time (as did my old Radio Shack base station). This is more a problem with the base station than this sensor.br /br /Overall the system, of which this sensor is a part , is not that good and I would not recommend it to potential purchasers.
